Any distribution of files, obtained by the Users under the Terms and Conditions of the Mobile App, or of parts of such files, constitutes a violation of the relevant intellectual property protection laws and is prosecuted by the law.
Nothing contained on this Mobile App may be interpreted as granting a license or right of use as a trademark without the prior explicit written consent of Q7 Game.
Miscellaneous
Q7 Game is controlled, operated and administered entirely within Moldova.
If you are accessing the Q7 Game Mobile App from another jurisdiction, please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to Q7 Game in Moldova and, by using the Mobile App, you consent to that transfer and to abide by the applicable laws concerning your use of the Mobile App and your agreements with us.

At some point, we may want to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS. Requirements for both systems (and any additional systems to which we decide to expand the app's availability) may change, and you will need to download updates if you wish to continue using the app. Q7 Game does not promise to always update the app to keep it current and/or work with the version of Android and iOS installed on your device.
Device Security
The WHEELS IN MUD : OFF-ROAD 4x4 app stores and processes the personal data you provide to us to provide our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the app. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device's official operating system. This may make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious software, compromise your phone's security features, and may mean that the WHEELS IN MUD : OFF-ROAD 4x4 app will not function properly or at all.
Internet Connection
Please be aware that there are certain things for which Q7 Game is not responsible. Some app features require an active internet connection. This connection may be via Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile carrier, but Q7 Game cannot be held responsible for the app not functioning fully if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and no data plan left.
If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi zone, please be aware that the terms of your mobile operator agreement will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile operator for the cost of data transfer while connected while accessing the app, or other third-party fees. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such fees, including data roaming charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the payer of the device on which you use the app, please note that we assume you have received permission from the payer to use the app.

By the same token, Q7 Game cannot always be held responsible for how you use the app, i.e., you must ensure that your device remains charged—if the battery dies and you cannot turn it on to use the Service, Q7 Game cannot be held responsible.
